I had the pleasure of working with Ari during my time at Ascensus. He had quickly become the most influential manager, mentor, and teammate of my career. He consistently pushes boundaries of the Ascensus status quo, looks for innovation at every opportunity, and seeks to help make the Marketing Department a direct revenue generator.

Arijit is a highly conceptual thinker. While at Mangos he worked on campaigns that, to this day, are some of our favorites. He's able to think big, while still managing all of the details. The fact that he's not daunted by complex products is also a huge help. Plus, he's just such a nice guy!

I hesitate to say I was a professor and Arijit was a student because I learned so much from him. He amazed me with his creativity. No other graduate assistant has ever impressed me with such a complete sense of business. Arijit makes advertising have an impact, and he can generate revenue beyond traditional advertising methods. If I had my own company, I would hire him -- if I could afford him. No doubt in my mind that somebody out there should be paying him big bucks. He's brilliant.

Arijit is an outstanding writer with a gift for strategy. His grasp of the financial industry is truly impressive, and his knowledge of marketing qualifies him for a leadership role. Apart from that, he's a great coworker. He keeps a positive attitude and a sense of humor about everything. It was my pleasure to work with him at Lincoln Financial Group.

Arijit has always been my Mr. Miyagi figure. In fact, if I didn't know for sure that Pat Morita was dead, I would suspect he was Mr. Miyagi in disguise. (Though I suppose some sort reincarnation / transfiguration thing is possible.) I've never seen him with an idea that doesn't hit dead on. His writing is made of Yamasaki carbon steel. He's also a terrific creative manager and thoughtful and generous mentor. Polishing his classic car collection would be a better educational investment than college. But even if I wasn't going to learn anything by doing it, I'd still do it.

Ari is creative, strategic and competent—everything you’d expect from a marketing pro. He also has an excellent sense of humor and a knack for coming up with the perfect analogy to help creative teams face even the toughest challenges. If I could bring him into every brainstorming session, I would!
